I'm having some moderate (almost severe this morning :( ) shin pain. Its only my right leg, no bruising or swelling. Good crackers?
I know I should generally stay away from carbs, and I'm doing fine staying away from heavy breads and such. But I really like hummus, low fat cheese/spreads, etc...what is a good cracker to pair with these that you can suggest for me? Ready to have energy again!
Hi, My name is Jill Reimund. I'm 26 years old and I have a (almost!) one year old baby girl and she keeps me pretty busy! Before getting pregnant, I lost nearly 40 pounds with Myfitnesspal (and promptly gained it back post pregnancy, Ha!). So, I know I can do this! Looking for some friends to help keep me motivated :)
