When to get my navel pierced?
I had it pierced a few years back but my body rejected it and I never got it redone. Then I gained about 60 lbs and for sure wasn't getting it pierced weighing 220 lbs. Calculating Exercises (help and opinions please!)
So I trust this site better than most, but not 100% because I know I burn more calories doing level 10 on the elliptical than level 1.
