So, I have a very slow metabolism! I try to eat less of things like carbs because of it, and I try to be active. Is there any advice for picking up my metabolism? Or suggestions on what to stay away from???
Today is my first day as a member of this site. My goals are clear (lose 25 pounds, at one pound a week). I am using this site to help motivate myself. I am a stay at home mom with an 11 month old baby girl. I will conquer my pregnancy weight gain! And I will be healthier because of it. :)
