I have osteoporosis. Where my bone density has decreased arthritis has filled in. This is in the lower back and right hip. Calories not calculated with strength trainging
Should I see calories calculate with strength training? Currently I am only seeing it calculate with cardiovascular. I'm wondering if I need to change a setting. Thanks for any help.
