i bought a misfit shine today n it has logged 1800+ calories for today. But MFPI I have 1200 calories in my log. They are synced but something is wrong. Any suggestions?

Misfit shine and iPad
I just purchased a misfit shine I got it to sync with my iPhone but I can't get it to sync with my iPad. Keeps saying to go into settings, any ideas? I've tried through my phone but nothing there.

Step mill...
Hi all! I'm looking for anything to help me on the step mill. I've done it a few times but only lasted 5 minutes before my legs feel like they are going to give out. I'm on level 5 as the others seems too slow. Any tips? Does anyone know of an app for using it, like C25k?
