Two cans of drained tuna, tablespoon of mayo (olive oil), salt pepper and lemon juice. Cucumbers and either a wrap or pretzel thins.

Half cup of egg whites (all whites, not egg beaters), chicken sausage link or morning star patty, gives me my protein for breakfast. Quarter cup of reduced fat cheese, whatever I have opened. I use a low carb wrap or a half a pita.

I joined my local Y a week ago as a family, I take the kids with me when they don't have school. I actually took my first class today, just do it you'll enjoy it, plus you'll get a workout in too!

I'm finishing week three today on the treadmill though. I tried it on the road over the weekend it's way harder on the road than the treadmill. So I plan on starting a different week on the road and working up from there!
