Step mill...

Hi all! I'm looking for anything to help me on the step mill. I've done it a few times but only lasted 5 minutes before my legs feel like they are going to give out. I'm on level 5 as the others seems too slow. Any tips? Does anyone know of an app for using it, like C25k?

    Turn down the level. The stepmill used body wt as resistance so going slower is the only way to make it easier. Also make sure you are just keeping up with the machine's rate of movement--don't "push" harder to make the steps go faster.
