Exercise calories
Hello, I started mfp last month and really enjoy the site, i try to work out 6x a week and burn typically 300cals. I have read on other posts that some people eat the calories they burn through exercise and i have tried to avoid this, do i really need to eat the calories i burn? BMR advice please.
Hello, i just worked out my BMR and it comes in at 1398 a day. But my daily calorie allowance is 1200cals, maybe i am being thick (it's not hard lol) and i thought we needed to burn 3500 to lose 1lb of fat a week? And to have 500 less calories a day? I do exercise most days but that means i would need to burn nearly 2000…
