Bad Day today:(
I ate bad stuff.....gosh darn it !...still under in my calories...have had a sinus headache most of the day ,, so i am not up to exercising ....hopefully tomorrow will be better....:)

I have been looking into doing a meal replacement shake....but it is so confussing to me.......

I am lacking in the carb dept...is that a good thing or a bad thing? and of course i am down on Calories ...but i guess thats a good thing...

First Protein shake
Down...tasted pretty good....however i made it with the Light Silk and i am not so sure i like the taste ...so i will try cow's milk tomorrow....and if that is no better i will just use water....

Help....i still have a ton of calories to eat
I thought i was doing well today, until right now!...i added my dinner , and then my snack i had and i am still lacking 800 calories15 gms of fact and about 30 gms of carbs.. Should i switch my meals around , eat more food, eat more often?
