Cardio vs. Weight Training
When I go to the gym, I like to do my cardio first, and then I do my weight training and toning. However, I heard somewhere that it's better for the body if you do the muscle stuff first, and then do cardio after. Is that true? Or is it just another one of those fitness myths?
