I just purchased this new book by Prevention, has anyone read it yet and if so have you gotten good results. I also wonder about exercise - is it best that I work out in the evening or in the mornings, does it matter?

Lost 5 pounds, do I need to reset goals?
I would like to lose 40 pounds, my very first weigh in which was last week was 170, I lost 5 pounds at weigh in today, do I go back into my goals and reset at 165 or do I just continue at the weight I weighed in?

About allotted calories per day
Hi, I just joined & my question is, I am allowed 1200 calories per day, then when I exercise it shows the calories I burn and adds to my daily allowance of how many more calories I am allowed~ do I eat those calories or do I still stay with the 1200 calories I am suppose to stick to in order to lose the weight. Thank you!

I noticed that at the bottom of the page it says -33 under Sugar- but I have like 990 calories left to eat, do I avoid food with sugar?
