I went waay over my Sugar intake :( I thought Calories includes Sugar, Carbs, Proteins and Fats?

Thank you for the responses. My start weight is 170 I would like to get to 130 although based on my height at 5'5 and my BMI index, I am 20 pounds over. So like today, I burned 1497 calories by doing cardio and weight training- I ate about 1000 calories so far today and I am allowed 1200 ~ so now the calories left to eat…
