I would like to lose 40 pounds, my very first weigh in which was last week was 170, I lost 5 pounds at weigh in today, do I go back into my goals and reset at 165 or do I just continue at the weight I weighed in?

I think it auto resets your weight in everything. Unless you need to change your start weight, you should be good to go.0

I update my weight as it changes.0

You can go into goals and update them with your new weight and that will decrease your calories per day. You can do it whenever you like. I usually do it about every 5 lbs.0

Just track your weight with the check-in link under the MY HOME tab. When you loose enough weight to where your calorie intake needs to change, your daily allowed calories should change automatically.0

Yup,
I had to update mine at about 5lbs lost.
That way I can keep on track with how much I want to lose each week.0
