My concept is that we each post on a daily basis: Calories burned (if you wear a bodybugg) Exercise done Calories consumed Calorie deficit (again, if you wear a bodybugg) And weigh-in every Monday. I'd love to create a team challenge that begins tomorrow. Who's in??
