Who has done it? What were your results? Did you do it every day or take days off to rest? I did Day 1 today and ran 2 miles along with strength training. I am hoping to get down 15lbs in 6 weeks.
I have lost 90lbs and am currently 15lbs away from reaching my goal of 135. It is proving to be a pain in the rear. Any ideas or suggestions on things I can do?
