New to Curves
Hi Ya'll, I just joined Curves today after a free week over there. I am really enjoying so far. After a few weeks, I'll be able to start the Curves Smart and see how many calories I'm burning!

Confused about my settings!
Ok ya'll. MFP had me at 1380 calories before when I was trying to lose 1 lb a week and had my goal weight set to 135. I am 154.8 currently on the scale. When I changed my goal weight to 125 or 130 it goes down to 1200 calories a day to lose 1lb a week. I think that is way too low for me. When I changed it to 1/2lb a week…
