Yeah, I am really loving it. I feel like I get a good workout but I'm not completely exhausted afterwards either. I feel energized!

I like to use Shake & Bake on our pork chops. It's not healthy but it's not high in calories either.

I have been drinking it and I feel like it helps when I drink it. The problem is between drinking coffee and green tea, I have a harder time sleeping at night!

A friend of mine recently gave me her Body By Vi shake powder because she had low blood sugar and can't use it. I tried it last night and it's okay but I definitely can't picture your teenagers wanting to drink these things twice a day as their meal. I love to work out mid morning. Anywhere from 10-11:30 is normally when I do it.

I have a weight watcher scale and love it. It's digital!

Well my problem got better with this and now I have been eating healthier and exercising more and it's come back. I also messed up though and didn't take my pills two days on cycle this month so I ended up doubling the dose two different days. I wonder if that is what did it.

I have it and the best thing that has helped me is doing away with soft drinks and taking probiotics daily.

I love working out to Leslie Sansone videos. One of the best ones of hers is 4 Fast Miles. I have also done some videos from Youtube's BeFit program. I have tried Kathy Smith but she was too fast for me. I rent exercising DVDs from Netflix or look in my local library.

Vanessa, I am 5'2 also and my goal weight is 125 too! I'm currently 142. I carry most of my weight in my hips and thighs!

I have one of those Tony Little Gazelle that is similar to an elliptical and I have the problem with my feet burning really bad after I use it. I don't workout with it as much as I used to because it's alot of pressure on my ankles and feet.

The only two moves I couldn't do were the jumping jacks so i modified it by moving my arms up and down and jogging at the same time and the one leg lunges wouldn't work for me because of my balance. Other than that, it's great for working out my abs but I'm not able to do jumping jacks anymore.

I just did Level 1 of 30 Day Shred for the first time and all I can say is..ouch!!!! My abs hurt!

I had that problem too but I had switched to a lower dose for a while and so my doctor gave me a higher dose and haven't had problems with it anymore.

Well I was trying to start that Coach to 5k. I have to wear braces on my feet when I exercise because I have foot drop. It makes jogging really rough when I try to do that though. However, my problem was that it made my right side burn more than anything else.

I love the Leslie Sansone Walking DVDs. If you can do PX90 or Jillian Michaels then you probably don't need to use Leslie Sansone. I had to find DVDs that I could do with my balance and disability

Well one way is to start looking at the sodium level of all that processed foods you do buy and find the one with the lowest for one serving. Case in point, even bread can have alot of sodium. Start watching your sodium level on the nutritional information and put down the salt shaker!

I like the Almond Milk by Silk that has vanilla in it. When I get a craving for a vanilla milkshake, I drink that instead! I never been a milk drinker but I love Almond Milk.

I was doing sit-ups but my Dad has back problems and I have back problems as well and his doc told him recently that if you have back problems, you shouldn't do sit ups.
