Confused about my settings!

Ok ya'll. MFP had me at 1380 calories before when I was trying to lose 1 lb a week and had my goal weight set to 135. I am 154.8 currently on the scale. When I changed my goal weight to 125 or 130 it goes down to 1200 calories a day to lose 1lb a week. I think that is way too low for me. When I changed it to 1/2lb a week loss it comes up to 1450 calories a day! Help!!! Which one do you really think I should be doing? 1lb a week is 1200 calories and 1/2lb a week is 1450calories, or should I keep trying to keep it at 1380 like it was before even though it is set for 1450?

    were you still losing a pound a week when you were eating 1380? if so - i would set your goal for 1 lb per week, but manually change your calories to 1380

    No, actually I have been having a hard time even keeping it straight at 1380. I always find myself going over. I feel like I'm not losing weight at the level I once was but I have gone from 185 to 154 so far.
