So Ive been off and on yo yo dieting and semi exercising-for the last 9 months. At first i was doing great, 1200 calories a day, dancing / cardio every day., lost 15 pounds or so. Ok so, i went from litterally doing nothing to doing 30-60 mins cardio a day burning on average of 500 calories a day, i weight 199, i also only eat 1200 -1500 calories a day, im only down too 185 and ive been stuck for 3 weeks at this weight. When i was younger i tried this program for a few weeks. worked great lost 20 lbs and got back into those impossible jeans. Started again today couldn't even get through the first 15 mins. I guess everyone has to start somewhere. Has anyone else tried these programs if so id luv to hear ur stories
