im missing about 5 people as well on black team, and few that have joined are actually getting involved im hoping about week before i can have the choice to replace those people with other who actually want to do this would be a shame to let those down who are interested for a few that just signed up and disapeared

does zumba fitness game count? i use it everyday. i don't measure because it makes me sad but i weigh 185

Had mine removed took few months to find a way to loose but if u drink tons of water and low fat diet it helps, also i do no less than 60 mins of cardio a day with max 1200 calories

i started to feel that way also, so i split up my calories into 200s each meal same calories a day but i get to eat more often im much better now
