Want some new friends to match my new treadmill
Hi y'all! I'd love to be friends with anyone who also walks or does the treadmill for their exercise. I'm getting a treadmill tonight (yay~!) All ages and stages welcome. I'm 29 and female and need to lose about 15-20kg, I weigh about 103 currently.

I am getting my treadmill tomorrow night
So Happy! I want to exercise in the evening when my husband goes for a run, but a) I'm not into that and b) can't go with him because we have little kids, so i think this'll be a great solution. I have about a million movies I want to watch ant to be able to even just slow walk while watching them will be awesome!

How are you going to cope with Easter?
I'm going to be out camping and exploring....and i want to have me some hot cross buns and chocolate. Can i just take the 4 days "off" and get back on track after or what. I have no idea what i should do - I don't want to track everything, and indeed I may be out of mobile range. Thoughts? What's your Easter plan?

Self Sabotage
I seem to be pretty great during the week and crap during the weekend. alcohol friends fun in the sun etc etc. I don't actually want to stop this - I still lose maybe just not as fast as I otherwise would but I feel like I am sabotaging myself. Anyone else do this? Or feel like this?

what do you do when you go over your weekly goal? do you try to exercise it all off or what? i was 511 cal over weekly goal last week (after doing some penance exercise last night) before it reset this morning - should I have to exercise that off as well or can I just start fresh today? Too much sugar
I am alarmed by the amount of sugar in the celebrity slim shakes. I love the shakes and i am losing some weight on them but the sugar has got to be bad right?

Realistic or not?
realistically does anyone think i can lose 20kg (44lb) by June 20th? Or is that way too high to aim for? im happy to give myself a year but wow if i can knock it over before i turn 30, that'd be great! Also i'd love to have some new friends! Please add me!
