Too much sugar

I am alarmed by the amount of sugar in the celebrity slim shakes. I love the shakes and i am losing some weight on them but the sugar has got to be bad right?

Weight loss and good nutrition can occur together or can be completely independent. Most meal replacements are packed with sugar, the best alternative is a homemade whey protein powder smoothie.

There are some really good meal replacement protein powders out there that have very low fat and sugar. The one I use right now Pro7ein Powder has 34 gr of protein, 1 gr of fat, and 1 gr of carb, and 153 calories. Mixed with water it actually taste good. Another I use is Intek Evolution Protein Powder in Orangesicle flavor. 34 gr of protein, 1 gr carb 1 gr fat. I rotate between them and drink 2-4 per day. Average about a dollar per drink. They really help cut the appetitie also. Both are packed with amino acids and nutrients.

Most nutrition stores will have them. If not try online. You can look at my diary and see the exact product that I use. It really helps me, I think it will you too.
