Hello Fresh Subscription
We started a Hello Fresh subscription. Very convenient and delicious. Easy to adapt to the VSG eating regime. Some folks I've spoken with thought its too expensive ($20 dinner for two plus a lunch for me), but I'm looking at quality food I'll enjoy rather than going cheap. Thoughts????

Fitbit and other activity trackers
I started using a Fitbit Charge HR last month. I was being driven crazy by the calorie calculations made by MFP, Map MY Walk, etc. I'm strictly allowing the Fitbit to import and adjust the calories burned based on the heart rate monitor. This has freed me from the angst of hoping the calories burned were correct. Am I nuts?
