Craving Puerto Rican food

Conundrum with my diet
I'm 5' 2'' and as of today, I weigh 141 lbs. When I started my new lifestyle changes, I weighed 150 lbs... I can't seem to lose anymore weigh since then. I have hit a plateau. I need to share my happiness...
I started my diet about seven or eight days ago... I've lost 9 lbs and 5 1/4 inches doing JM Ripped in 30 and running three miles five times a day. I still need to lose 24 lbs. I am happy with my results. I wanted to thank everyone for the emotional support and words of encouragement.
