Hello! My name for this site is Camille Xiomara. I started my weight loss journey a few weeks ago and so far I have lost 5 pounds, which is amazing, since I am planning on losing weight the correct weight. I have set goals and when I am done, I'll be so proud of myself. I don't see this as a diet; it's more like a change in my lifestyle.

Amen, I agree with you, this isn't a diet, and if done the right way it is a change in lifestyle. There are things I have changed, like I don't eat some things, but added some things in place, but I still get to eat some of the things I like, within moderation, and I think, at least for me, that's what makes this transition easier. Keep up the good work!0
