I just started the 3rd level today. I thought level 2 was a little harder. Now just may be because I did some excerises today using beginners moves. But what does everyone else think? Which level did you think was the most difficult?
I've seen on some peoples signature the amination body pics of how different you will look once you lose weight. Where do you get those? I think it would motivate me more. Thanks!:smile:
Just because I am curious which meal tends to be the highest in calories for you? Does it change daily or looking at your log is it usually the same?
