Sugar and sweets ..so many ..oh my!
I am a complete sweet person especially hen stressed. When I start I don't let up.. i feel very much like I have to cut it off for a bit.. i feel terrible after I eat it too.. any ideas/programs or advice on how to wean yourself off the sugar? Thanks :-)

Hate to even think it....
2 weeks ago on a long run about 12 miles in, i got a sharp pain on the outside of my right knee. I ran another 3 miles, and ended up walking 2 more back to the car, cause by 15 ... the pain was pretty intense. Marathon Training - Diet Plan?
Trying to actually eat better, and more appropriate for my training and recovery. This will be my first marathon, have done one half and doing another half in august. Any plans or suggestions on what the right mix is for training? And how do you figure it all out?? Any suggestions greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Making Progress!!
