Feb Challenge?

Been running for awhile,and need to also tone up now... soo.... found this for Feb? Would love to be motivated to make this happen daily... so who's with me! :) It's a Fab Ab February exercise plan ... daily something to do with the goal at the end of the month to do 100 sit ups, 25 push ups and a 2 minute plank. I'd love it if I could do all that!
