Sugar and sweets ..so many ..oh my!

I am a complete sweet person especially hen stressed. When I start I don't let up.. i feel very much like I have to cut it off for a bit.. i feel terrible after I eat it too.. any ideas/programs or advice on how to wean yourself off the sugar? Thanks :-)

If possible, start by cutting down. After a while things will taste over sweet and you will have less cravings.0
