When or if to log exercise in MFP when using jawbone
I have a jawbone up24 and have it synced to MFP where it shows calorie adjustment. Do I log individual exercise sessions I do along with the jawbone tracking activity for me or do I just go off the up adjustment number? Zumba DVD
Okay..does anyone know where one might be able to find a really cheap Zumba video? I don't have a Wii or an X Box or Playstation so that route to getting it is impossible.. I don't wanna pay $80sumthin bucks for it when I don't even know if i'm going to like it or be able to do it. Where can one find it at a low price?

If your planning on going out to eat at a resturant say for dinner how do you accomodate for the extra calories that will inevitably be consumed cause you are eating out? Ex.
