Good Lower Body Lifting Exercises
Hi All! I am incorporating more lifting into my routine. I've been doing the basics l like squats, lunges, hamstring and glutes on the machines. What do you do for your lower body workout? How many sets/reps do you do?

Shin splints
My shins have been killing me lately. I do a lot of dancing and jumping in my Zumba classes. I have tried to stretch really good before and after to avoid them or make them less painful. Any suggestions?

Is a Body Bugg worth the cost?
I am not really sure how many calories I am burning when I work out and just guesstimating. I heard that the Body Bugg was pretty accurate and most who use it , like it. Do any of you use it and what is your experience with it?
