I am 100% with you on that. Plyo Cardio brought tears to flow the first time I did it and I thought it was just me that was so out of shape that I couldn't do some of it, especially the 3rd circuit. I found that the 2nd time I did it though, I was able to do more so I guess something is better than nothing.

Thanks ladies! I also teach Zumba classes =) I am going to ice them after each class and try the shoe insert. I have newer shoes, so I don't think that's the issue, but if the icing and insert don't work, I will prob try a new pair of shoes! Have a great day and thanks again

Don't feel alone. I was going to post a topic for this same reason today. I am thinking that I am not getting enough protein later in the day. I was reading yesterday that a protein boost between 3-4pm is critical to sustaining the rest of the day. I know drinking water and staying full that way sure helps. I am up 7 lbs…

check out www.deepsouthdish.com and kalynskitchen.com for some great recipes. you have to be careful with gumbo because it's oil and flour as the base, so you might want to go with a stew of sorts and use cornstarch as the thickener.
