I have been hearing a lot of good things about Ezekial bread. If you have eaten it or do eat it what are your thoughts about it?

I like it. It just tastes like wheat bread to me. I store it in my freezer so it won't go bad.

I like it too, but then I have always favored "heavier" breads. If you're looking for a Wonder Bread substitute, this ain't it. If you're looking for mondo amounts of whole grains and fiber you have come to the right place!

    Appreciate the feeback!

I was reading on the back of the package that it comes from sprouted fruit and vegetables and almost creates its own protein. Sounds awesome, but it has to taste decent too!

Love it! It is about the only bread I don't feel guilty eating. It has a low glycemic index and it really keeps me satisfied for a long time. I love the taste, too.

The raisin cinnamon is really good toasted for breakfast with natural p-nut butter and banana on it:drinker: . It will keep you full for 4 hours. I wash it down with a cup of Almond Milk.
