Calorie Counts
Ok, so it's just after lunch and I only have 248 calories left for the day!!?? I'm kinda "doing" BFL (no sugars, etc) and eat every 2-3 hours. It worked for me last year when I lost about 15 lbs, now a lot of that is back on and I need it to go away again. Cheeses, eggs, proteins are all high in calories, should I change…
