Okay so I dunno what to do anymore..I'm 5'6 and anywhere between 140-144 and I just cant seem to get out of the 140's. I've been trying to eat 1200 cals a day but then I usually end up binging at some point and even when i dont, i still dont see results so I dunno what I should do..just thought you guys could maybe help.…
