thank you so much on the cal/macros info (: and yeah im not an expert on lifting..ive been doing it seriously now for around 2 months and im definitely still learning..i have a pt that i see around twice a week that shows me exercises and lifts and stuff but he in no way knows what hes talking about nutrition.

yeah im not really sure that kinda confuses me, haha eh :/ so i should just eat TDEE with exercise already factored in then..ill try it for awhile. i dunno where my cut would be exactly then cus like today i ate around 2400 cals but burned 730cals

im not so good at planning a weight training program haha i mean i usually lift around 30mins everytime i go to the gym

umm i do jogging, walking on incline, cybex, elliptical and lifting at the gymm and my goals are overall to lose body fat but im at around 150lbs and would like to be around 120.

I'll try to eat my exercise calories back >.< and i did increase my protein on here i have my macros set tooo...45-30-25 right now but with all my working out i found it hard to get in that much protein..but I guess upping my calories would give me more room to have more protein, haha. Ummm well lately ive only been doing cardio and like my usual day will beee.. Walking uphill at 80% at 4mph for 15 mins then go on the cybex machine or elliptical for 40-60 mins then strength train for 20 mins and on mondays and wednesdays i have pilates for 40 mins.

I have a huge sweet tooth too and its really hard for me to resist some days. But you gottah remember to keep your head up and you can always start over tomorrow. One day will kill you and if you feel like you reeeeally gottah have something sweet then make sure to try and exercise it off.

I think ill try the diet ice creams cus ive had skinny cow before and they werent that bad..they are pretty expensive tho but ill try it.
