calorie intake

Weight loss around the middle
has anyone struggled to lose weight of the stomach area? i seem to be losing it massively from everywhere apart from there. i have lost a bit from that area but i kind of feel slim with a big stomach? anyone got any tips or advice would be great to hear from you :)

Nutrients
Just a little confused! :/ Does anyone take any notice of the nutrients they consume, i use MFP app on my phone alot and check the nutrients tab to find some days sugars are always in red ;/

eating all calories? :/
im just checking i have got this right that you have a calories goal a day, you exercise and burn calories, which then shows your net calorie intake have which is lower than the goal as you have burnt some off, does that mean you then eat more to take you back up to your calories goal. im getting confused :frown:
