try 30 Day Shred, that really kicked started my weight loss with fab results and nicely toned along the way. its 20 minutes with 3 levels, very effective workout for just 20 minutes and then you can get on with your day or add some more cardio like walking etc. good luck :smile:

don't give up its just a blip, when i have ever changed my calorie intake i gain a few lbs but then these do come off, i have noticed that with strength/circuit training a huge difference in my body not so much lbs lost but inches. i am a lover of jillian michaels dvds, she can kick butt. i found myself stuck in a rut and…

i love davina fitness dvd's get a great sweaty workout and lots on there to really mix it up depending on what you want to work on etc and ive got the 30 day shred which is really tough but very good going to try her banish fat, boost metabolism next :)

thanks for replying, if you find the link that would be great. also well done on nearly reaching your goal! :drinker: I am averaging 1500-1600 a day 1800 is a lot for me i dont think i could eat that much not now haha! will stick at 1500-1600 a day and see how i get on :smile:

well done on reaching maintenance! i think i am going to gradually ease myself into the extra calories, im finding that i get a bit lost of what to eat as im full and i keep thinking i havent reached my calories yet which is then mind over matter not to reach for the biscuits! im keeping up my cardio (love sweating it out)…

yes i have it on my android phone, its great, really simple and easy to use great for when your out and about. i didn't have to download a bar code scanner though, its already built into MFP phone app :)

well done on the trial :) i do eat back my calories but i dont think i have been eating enough, generally tired, run down, no energy. going to up my calorie in take including eating back calories, lets see how i get on!

i have the same issue too, my boys were c-section babies, although i have noticed a slight lift in the hanging bit its not great. i also seem to be losing/toning everywhere apart from the tummy area. i think it may take a whie. stick with it your not alone :)

wow, thank you for the advice, tips and your own experiences, really appreciate it and the fact that its not just me! :/ i guess i have only been at it since august-ish so maybe im expecting too much too soon?! i have been motivated by your comments, love exercise so upping my cardio maybe the answer :)

yes agree there no carbs is a definate killer, i find i get the wobbles if i dont eat carbs :/

ahhh thats ok then, i have been eating back calories burned and so far it has been working for me, i was just doubting it for a split second! thanks for your help everyone :smile:
