Hi All, Looks like a great site and am hoping it helps me to lose some weight. I train regularly (every day, with the occasional day off) and only want to lose around half a stone but find I it hard to lose any weight as i dont eat very nutritional food as i am always on the go and tend to go for convenience foods. :ohwell:
