what counts as a six pack?
I presently (if flexing) have a clearly discernible top four pack and the line outlining the sides of my lower two. Do I just keep on as I am and the lower definition will come or am I genetically predisposed to not having the lower band that forms the lower abs?

How many calories do I need?
I've gone through atleast 6 calculators and they all come back at 2200-2400 to maintain so if I are 2600 - 2800 I should see gains. Why do I have people saying my maintenance would be 3000 and I should eat 3500? I'm 168cm tall, weigh 61.5kg, 26 year old male and workout weights training 3 days with two short cardio…

Does my exercise plan sound ok? Tips?
Monday: biceps and triceps Tuesday: legs and abs Wednesday: cardio (insanity plyo circuit or power and resistance) Thursdays: back and shoulders Friday: cardio (insanity recovery) Saturday: chest and abs sunday: rest I'm 5foot 6, 26 years old and about 62kg if it matters. And am eating about 2000cals plus exercise cals.

Is there a real reason I get "hangry"?
When I don't eat enough, frequently enough I get what my wife calls"hangry". Angry because I'm hungry. Is there scientific, physiological/hormonal or any other reasons for this?
