Too many calories?
I started off my whole exercise life weighing in at 16st (224 lbs) at Age 14. I was about 6ft or so, so my BMI was rather high around 30. My tredmill said 10 minutes of jogging was 50 or so calories yet the database says 100 or so. Which one do I believe?
