I need some more workout video ideas, help please! I have been doing Jillian Michael's 30 day shred, kickboxing or body revolution but she is starting to get on my nerves. So what are your favorite at home videos to work out to? I like 20-30 minute fast passed videos but would love to hear your choice. Thanks!
