Heart Rate too high? Max 214 during 6 mile run.
I'm training for a marathon & am trying to increase my running speed. I'm pushing it pretty far, but today my HRM (I have a Polar F-6) read a max HR of 214! I love Pellegrino and Perrier. It's just sparking mineral water with bubbles so it can count as my water intake right? I know this might seem like a dumb question but I just wanted to make sure there aren't any drawbacks to it.

P90 X- Calorie Burn on Plyometrics
I wore my HRM for the first time while doing the P90X Plyometrics workout today and it totaled my calorie burn at 430. I know that that is a reasonable calorie burn but I feel like it should be more than that. BeachBody - Brazilian Butt Lift
Just wondering how those of you that do 'Brazilian Butt Lift' video's log the workout. Specifically the 'high & tight' workout (boy do I feel cheesy writing that). I've been putting it under aerobics. It's a difficult workout but it doesn't really blast the heart rate like circuit training.

Running Outside in the Summer - Do you burn more cals?
I've been running a 4 mile trail since January, but now that it's summer...in Texas, it is sooo much more difficult to run in it the heat! We're talkin' 95 - 100 degree average. My question is, am I burning more calories because of the heat? It sure feels like it.
