Refined sugars
I am trying to limit my intake of refined sugars. I say limit, because I believe everything in moderation. However, this pull that feel toward sugar sucks. I have stocked my fridge with fresh fruit, and yogurt. But I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions to kick the sugar habit.

I want to want to run!
So I have been stalled for a long time now on my weight loss, and I think if I stepped up my exercise I would see more results. Stress and Weight Loss
My weight loss tends to stall when I am stressed. It doesn't matter if I eat less, more, or exactly the same, I still have to lose the stress before my weight loss kicks back in. Does anyone else have this issue? Does anyone know why?

Lose more when I don't exercise!
Okay, so I know it sounds crazy, but my first few weeks here I was walking every day, and this week I have been super busy, so I have not exercised at all. However, I weigh myself twice a week, and this week I have lost 3lbs! Every other week I have only lost between 1-2. I am going to start walking again today anyhow…
