what to eat when not hungry/cant be bothered
right now, its tea time. But I'm not hungry hungry, and because of that I have no inspiration as to what to have for tea/dinner/meal at the end of the day. I expect to go for a walk with S later, so I know I need/ought to eat something. But what? What do you have for times when you cant be bothered?

lower leg issues
So, I've worked my way up from walking 10 mins once a day to about 4 km twice a day (8km total, roughly) over 6 weeks. I joined MFP about a month ago after hearing it mentioned somewhere. I'm 38 and live in Tasmania with my cats, chooks and guinea pigs.
