I joined MFP about a month ago after hearing it mentioned somewhere.

I'm 38 and live in Tasmania with my cats, chooks and guinea pigs. Not being a goal oriented person, I am just trying to disappear some excess centimetres..with no number to aim for.

Feel free to friend me, coz I know I will need encouragement!

    My sister lives in Tassie, it's beautiful (but too cold for a wuss like me!)
