Sweet and Spicy Chicken Thighs (my low sodium bbq fix)
Ingredients: 5-6 boneless skinless chicken thighs 1 tbs freshly ground black pepper 1 tbs cumin 1/2 tbs cayenne pepper 1/2 tbs cinnamon 1 tbs minced garlic honey 1tbs olive oil Mix the spices together in a zip loc bag, adjust them to your taste (more cayenne for heat, cumin for smoky, etc).
