I will be starting the 30-Day Shred in mid-March and I was wondering if I could supplement with another one of her videos? I was thinking about getting the "Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism" and/or "No More Trouble Zones" from her and maybe work a program with that. Alternate days or something...what do y'all think?
