Jillina Michaels' 30-day Shred Supplement?

I will be starting the 30-Day Shred in mid-March and I was wondering if I could supplement with another one of her videos?

I was thinking about getting the "Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism" and/or "No More Trouble Zones" from her and maybe work a program with that. Alternate days or something...what do y'all think?

    I have both 30DS and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, and find it great to alternate between the two. BFBM is longer, but it's intense and really gets you sweating. Keep plenty of water nearby! :flowerforyou:

    About 2 months. Banish the fat really kicked my butt. :bigsmile:

    I've been doing her 30 day for 2-3 weeks and I can see a difference and I feel amazing. I also use her 6 week ab on top of that every other day. I just started her buns and thigh today to alternate with the abs. I have started to get amazing definition in my arms !! She's pretty much amazing :)
  • I am ready to feel energized and healthy again - I miss that more than my fit midsection! LOL
