Hey there! I just joined a gym today, it's in a hotel so there isn't much equipment but the pool, hot tub and steam room make up for that haha. They do have free weights but I don't know how to use them properly. Does anybody have any links for good tutorials on how to use free weights? Thanks!

Don't want to eat a whole avocado at once
Hi, I usually only use half of an avocado in my salad or whatever and like to save the other half for the next day or a few days after but it always goes brown. Does anybody have any good tips for saving the other half for a couple of days? Thanks!
